To mark the occasion of the football World Cup, we implemented a national staff promotion for AL-KO’s garden tool range, specially tailored to the POS of large DIY, garden and cooperative markets. With the motto ‘Abschneiden wie die Weltmeister’ (performing like the world champions), shoppers, primarily men who are enthusiastic about technology and football, were able to test the products and benefit from targeted giveaway and discount campaigns. A ‘world champion’ brand and product presentation rounded off the campaign.
